Where others manufacturers become slaves to their machines - I decide the best way to make something then how to do it.

One out of three customers has been to another company but was not happy. This may occur for three reasons. A. The customer does not know what they want. B. There is a communication problem. C. The other company has a single-minded approach to manufacturing.

Sometimes other companies don't have the exact tool or knowledge needed so they try to fit a square peg in a round hole. My philosophy is NOT to take a job I can't do, this saves everyone time and aggravation.

Important information about manufacturing:

Prototypes: I am a small-parts short-run specialist with a native ability in engineering and an artistic eye for form. I believe that form follows function. Often times I can see how to make something work when you have exhausted your options or immediatly see an improvement that was overlooked.

Getting the device manufactured: After a prototype is made I can set you up with a manufacturer overseas, that can produce your product (if that is the best option) OR we can produce the product ourselves depending on quantities.

Patents: I can perform a Patent Search as good as any other - make Patent Drawings even Help draft the Patent application. The Patent Attorney I use has a degree in mechanical engineering and once worked in a machine shop himself.
