This is a prototype of a bulb housing.

It's purpose is to keep the bulb from touching fabric.

The bulb is hidden inside large hanging leaves made from felt in an organic style.

This took 4 hours to design and make.
Grape leaves for cabinet doors.

Both doors actually used the same artwork.

The beauty of computer aided design (CAM) is that I can resize, bend or stretch the artwork any way we want.

The door to the left is aproximatly four feet tall & takes just over an hour and a half to carve,. Because the design is more delicate (door to the right) it also took an hour and a half to carve.

There is an altrrnative to our process. Buy something precarved that's usually a differenty species of wood (or plaster) then nail it in place and paint over it. Pre fabricated pieces are limited to certain sizes but can work in small spaces.

Whereas we can add a carving to an archway and make it fit the curve of the cealing perfectly or do every door in your home.
Style is only limited by your imagination.

We can carve or inlay your name or other artwork onto a table for your boat. We can carve anything onto your entrance door(s).
Custom carving of signs has great potential too.

As you see, the style can be of any shape, it's just an issue of what you like.
The process is entirely repeatable.

You can have one or a hundred of something made.

We then hand carve or distress the materials to make everything look completly hand carved.

This entire process usually costs sixty percent of a totally hand carved project, is state of the art and can be performed over-time.

Below is a completed box with inlay work and hand applied marquetry. Inlays can be round - oval or whatever shape suits you.
We have the machines to make round, square or other shapes. We just need your ideas.
We inlay names - shapes or designs into many materials. A picture of material that's similar to Formica (below).
To the left is a small mechanical device I made twenty years ago.

My machines can make a large variety of props.
